Mithril Artisan is dedicated to producing the highest quality Chainmail and Scalemail possible. First, we want to talk to you about your specific pattern, metal, and custom sizing requirements. Using high quality imported and domestic alloys, we wrap wire onto precision mandrels into long coils guided by hand. These coils are then cut by wire cutters into jump rings. All jump rings are opened with proper instruments for the particular alloy. Hours of burnishing with five types of stainless steel shot reveal a perfect polish. Every ring is hand-filed to ensure that no burrs, defects, or deformations are in the final product. All products are then woven, with each connection closed with precision. We check again, and again until silky smooth, ensuring a complete closure that is designed not to catch on your skin, hair, or clothing. For Scalemail products, our scales are procured from the finest international manufacturers. They are woven with care into beautiful designs and inlays with hand-produced rings for the ultimate in Scalemail comfort and beauty. Custom orders are available, contact Mithril Artisan for any questions. We do not have the ability to anodize aluminum, all anodized rings are pre-bought from the finest vendors. We do not have the ability to punch scales from sheet metal, all scales are bought from the finest vendors. All sales are final. No refunds.
